If you connect the phone to the pc through USB, you should be able to copy them just like camera photos. I can see only the camera photos.. I want to check my mails in gmail account in my mobile. You can add multiple gmail accounts in your Moto E. Once you have more than one Google account in the phone, if you want, you can delete one of them. Again, you can have multiple Google accounts in the phone, NOT just one. Tap and hold any image in the photos app. This will select this image, and you can select more just tap. Once finishing selection, you can tap the dustbin icon in the top right to delete them.
Please note, the photos in photos app are in the same location as what you see in the Gallery app. If you delete them from photos app, they will be removed from Gallery app because there is one copy of the file. So, be careful!!!! For sms, you may have to copy and paste. Of course, you can take a screenshot and send the picture that will be an mms. This will share all visible contacts through WhatsApp.
